The rules governing your use of selfnode. Sections 1–13 apply to every product; each twin then has its own section covering what it does on your behalf — Twin-Seeker, Twin-Gig, Twin-Sales and Twin-Marketing.
By creating an account or using any selfnode product — including Twin-Seeker, Twin-Gig, Twin-Sales, and Twin-Marketing — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using selfnode on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
selfnode, Inc. operates selfnode.me and provides four AI-powered productivity twins: Twin-Seeker (AI job search pipeline), Twin-Gig (freelance deal-flow automation), Twin-Sales (autonomous AI CRM and SDR), and Twin-Marketing (25-agent brand engine). All four twins share a single Identity Matrix and run under one login at selfnode.me. Services are provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at musama@selfnode.me if you suspect unauthorised access. selfnode is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.
You agree not to: send unsolicited spam or violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or equivalent anti-spam laws; attempt to reverse-engineer or overload our systems; use the service to harass, impersonate, or defraud individuals; circumvent rate limits or access controls; upload malware; mass-apply to roles without reviewing AI-generated content; or send deceptive outreach through Twin-Sales or Twin-Gig.
selfnode uses large language models to generate cover letters, proposals, outreach sequences, marketing copy, and other content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before sending it to third parties.
Twin-Sales and Twin-Gig send emails on your behalf using your connected Gmail or Outlook account. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with all applicable laws including CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), and GDPR (EU) — including providing an unsubscribe mechanism, honouring opt-out requests within 10 business days, and maintaining accurate sender information.
Twin-Seeker submits job applications on your behalf. Twin-Gig sends proposals and invoices to your clients. You authorise selfnode to take these actions when you enable automated pipelines. selfnode does not guarantee any outcome — interviews, offers, accepted proposals, or paid invoices. You remain solely responsible for the professional representations you make.
Paid features require a valid subscription. Billing is monthly or annual as selected at checkout, processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at any time via your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
selfnode, Inc. owns all intellectual property rights in the selfnode platform, including software, design, brand assets, and trademarks. You retain full ownership of all data you upload, all writing samples you provide to the Identity Matrix, and all documents generated on your behalf. We do not use your personal data or writing corpus to train our AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, selfnode, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including missed job opportunities, rejected proposals, lost deals, or revenue shortfalls. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate at any time. selfnode may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease. You may request an export of your Identity Matrix, proposals, and pipeline data within 30 days of termination; after that period, your data may be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware. selfnode, Inc.'s registered address is South Governors Avenue #56803, 1111B, Dover, DE 19904 US.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide 14 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use of selfnode after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Twin-Seeker discovers roles, tailors your résumé, drafts application material and — where you enable it — submits applications under your name. Every application is a professional representation made by you: you are responsible for reviewing tailored résumés, cover letters and answers before they are sent, and for the accuracy of the experience they describe. Tailoring rewrites the wording of your own résumé and does not add employers, titles, dates or qualifications you have not supplied. Job listings are aggregated from public job boards and employer ATS feeds and are provided as-is: a listing may be filled, withdrawn or stale, and match scores are an estimate rather than an assessment of your candidacy.
Twin-Gig generates proposals, contracts, invoices and client correspondence, and can send them on your behalf. Documents produced by Twin-Gig — including contracts and scope agreements — are drafting assistance, not legal advice, and no solicitor-client or advisory relationship is created by using them. Review every document before you send it. Electronic signature: a proposal or contract shared for signature records the signer's typed name, email, IP address, user agent and the consent text shown at signing. You are responsible for confirming that e-signature is valid for your agreement in your jurisdiction.
Twin-Sales researches accounts, scores prospects, and writes and sends outbound email in your voice, on autonomy settings you choose. You are the sender of record for every message. Where you authenticate your own sending domain, mail leaves under that domain and its reputation, deliverability and complaint rate are yours. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient and for complying with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR and any equivalent law that applies to them — including honouring unsubscribes, which selfnode suppresses across the platform once received. Prospect data you import or enrich is yours: you act as the data controller for it, and you confirm you are entitled to process it.
Twin-Marketing generates brand strategy, campaign copy, creative and social content, and can publish to social, advertising, analytics and CRM accounts you connect. You must own or be authorised to act on every account you connect, and your use of each remains governed by that platform's own terms — a suspension or policy action taken by a platform against your account is between you and that platform. Advertising campaigns are created on your own ad accounts and any spend is billed to you by the platform, never by selfnode; budgets, autonomy rules and approval settings are yours to configure and to monitor. AI-generated copy, images and video may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your brand and must be reviewed before publication.
